FinOps Brain provides GST reconciliation software for CA firms. This policy covers this website and any information you share when you request a demo or contact us. Product data handling is governed separately by the agreement in place with your firm.

When you request a demo we collect what you provide: your name, firm name, city, email or phone, firm size, and anything you write in the message field. When you browse the site we collect privacy-light, aggregate analytics (page views and referrer), with no cross-site tracking and no advertising cookies.

To respond to your request, schedule and run the demo, and understand which pages are useful. Nothing more.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use analytics that track you across other websites.

No client or GST data is uploaded through this website. Any handling of client data happens inside the product under a separate agreement, with India-region storage, a full audit trail, and no use of your data to train shared models.

Demo-request details are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted on request.
